Workforce Race Equality Standard and Workforce Disability Equality Standard

Implementing the Workforce Race Equality Standard (WRES) is a requirement for NHS commissioners and NHS healthcare providers including independent organisations, through the NHS standard contract. The Workforce Disability Equality Standard (WDES) is a set of ten specific measures (metrics) which enables NHS organisations to compare the workplace and career experiences of disabled and non-disabled staff. As a disability Confident Provider, Pathfinder is committed to promoting equality and diversity for our staff.  The ‘Gender Pay’ reporting supports our goal of creating a fair workplace for all of our staff.
